Extra dry sparkling wine produced by vinifying specially selected Pinot Noir grapes in rosé, turned into sparkling wine following the Charmat method. Its delicate bouquet, roundness and fullness on the palate, make this a unique sparkling wine, particularly suitable as an aperitif and with entree and main courses of fish.
